Thermal diffusion galvanizing – technology Advantages:
high corrosion resistance (up to 1500 hours in the salt-fog chamber).
coating exactly reproduces the profile of the surface of the product as a whole and individual parts of it (the thread, marking, another thin surface relief).
the coating has a higher hardness than the other of the zinc coating (hardness ~ 4500 MPa) and has a good resistance to abrasive wear.
the absence of hydrogen absorption in the coating process and, accordingly, no hydrogen embrittlement from covered products.
saturation temperature is small, so the coating can be applied to a spring and other pre-heat-treated parts.
the process can be used for coating the products obtained by powder technology, porous products, as well as pre-assembled units.
high adhesive properties of the coating for subsequent application of coatings, plastics, rubber. parts subjected to galvanizing, require minimal costs to prepare the surface of the coating. Shall be allowed on the details of the spots of corrosion, grease and coolant.
on customer's request coating thickness may vary from 15 to 100 microns and more
